No, we do not sell our products directly. We sell our gear worldwide with the help of our partners. To find the dealer or agent closest to you which sell our products, check out the Find Your Dealer page.
Where can I buy PLKB?
Through our dealers and agents. You can find the closest one to you from the Dealer Locator on our website, This locator makes it possible for you to know exactly where to find the shop which has the products you need!
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship to any customers. Please check our Dealer Locator to find a shop closest to you in your country or nearby.

For how much time does warranty cover your products?
Warranty covers our products for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase by the original retail customer
When is the warranty valid?
The warranty is valid during the 6 months period from purchase and when the product is solely used for designated purposes e.g.: kiteboarding on water (does not apply to any product used for rental and/ or teaching purposes).
What are the limitations on the warranty?
1. The warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser ; 2. PLKB will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspection and/or photos of the equipment ; 3. If a product is deemed to be defective by PLKB, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only ; 4. The warranty is voided if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment, or if the product is used in combination with non-PLKB products, causing damage or failure ; 5. The warranty for any repaired or replaced equipment takes effect from the date of the original purchase only ; 6. There are no warranties which extend beyond the warranty specified
