All deliveries are taken care of by UPS. UPS delivers 5 days per week. You can also have your order delivered on a different address by easily adjusting the address in your order.
Delivery and availablitity
After placing an order you receive a confirmation email. This does not automatically mean your order is approved by us. Only after we have received the payment and have double checked availability of the products, we will send the products.
Our stock system is connected to our website. You can only order if the item is on stock. There might be exceptions that a product seems to be available but might have been sold to a dealer at the same time. In that case you will get a notification and we will pay back the money within one day.
Orders placed before 12.00 p.m. (GMT) will be handled the same day, orders placed after 12.00 p.m (GMT) are handled at the earliest convenience on the next day.
You can follow the delivery path of your parcel at any time with the parcel tracking system. You will receive your parcel number and its corresponding link by e-mail on the day it has been dispatched. You can also find this number in your Customer Account, under the relevant order. A link will take you straight to the parcel tracking page.
Your parcel number/tracking code also allows you to contact the courier service directly to enquire about your delivery. Please call the UPS customer service in your country if necessary.
The webshop shows all prices including 21% VAT. When you place an order at our website with a delivery address that is located outside of the EU, you will see the net prices of the products at the invoice page (after you gave your address and country).
The courier service will take care of the import and the custom charges. You will receive a customs bill from the courier service when you receive your delivery.
